In general, you can visit our website without surrendering any personal information.

However, some data is automatically collected and logged when you visit our website. The above-mentioned data is also logged in a version in which the IP address is anonymized and therefore no longer traceable to your person. This data is not combined with other data sources. The collection and statistical processing of this data is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR in the context of our legitimate interest in the further development and improvement of our web site.

The data is not transmitted to third parties.

External links and Google Maps

Our contact page integrateds the Google Maps API to display the location of foqee GmbH on an embedded map. By accessing the contact page with the embedded map, you agree to the Google Maps Terms of Service. When you visit the contact page, Google receives information about the use of the mapping service and, in particular, the IP address of your internet connection. For more information see Google's privacy policy.

However, there is not need to use the map service - our contact details can also be found at the top of this page or in our legal notice.

Some of our sites may contain links to external websites. If you follow these links, the provider may gain access or share data about you (such as the IP address of your internet access). The sole responsibility for the handling of this data lies with the provider of the external website.

Mail

If you send us an inqury or a request by e-mail or by postal mail, we will only use your data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR for processing and answering the request, for possible follow-up questions and for the provision of requested services.

The data will not be transmitted to third parties unless you give us your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit a). The data will be deleted after final processing of the request or provision of the services, taking into account legal retention periods.

Note that unencrypted communication via e-mail is inherently unsecure. It is best to call us before you send us confidential information so that we can arrange a secure means of communication.

Job applications

If you send us a job application, we will store your contact details and the details of your application data (including CV, certificates and testimonials). We will only use this data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR for purposes related to the application, for instance to contact you by e-mail or telephone or to mail an employment contract. We may ask you for your consent in order to use Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO to obtain further reference testimonials.

We won't transmit the data to third parties. The data will be deleted six months after completing the application process, unless there are legal reasons to retain the data. Naturally, you have the right to withdraw your application at any time and request the immediate deletion of your data.

For the conclusion of an employment contract we also need personal data from you. In this case, we will provide you wih a separate privacy policy.

Your legal rights

You can at any time withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. The withdrawal of the consent does not change the legality of data processing until the withdrawal.

Furthermore, you have the right to request the erasure of your data, unless we are under legal obligation (for example by tax or commercial law) to retain the data. If your stored data is inaccurate, you have the right to have it rectified.
